This Software is a signed and notarized binary officially approved by Apple, compiled specifically for Apple ARM-based systems (M1, M2, M3 and above). By downloading, installing, or using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

3. Permitted Use

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this Software locally on a compatible ARM-based Apple device.
• The Software may only be used for testing, evaluation, and benchmarking.
• This license does not permit use in production, in commercial environments, or as part of any public, distributed, or cloud-based system.

4. Restrictions

• Distribute, sublicense, share, or re-host the Software
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the binary
• Use the Software on devices that do not run Apple Silicon
• Use the Software for any commercial purposes
• Bypass or remove Apple code-signing or notarization metadata

5. Ownership

The Software is and remains the exclusive property of Work TIF Ltd.. All rights not explicitly granted under this Agreement are reserved.

6. No Warranty

This Software is provided “as-is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Compatibility with other systems
• Correctness of results

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Software.

7. Termination

This Agreement will terminate immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software in your possession.

8. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of this Software.
