• It will be free from computational errors, bugs, or unexpected behaviors.
• Its optimizations will work identically across all hardware configurations.

Users assume full responsibility for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any results obtained using Purem.

2. No Liability for Financial or Operational Losses

By using Purem, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any financial losses, business disruptions, or operational failures arising from:

• Incorrect or suboptimal computations.
• Software conflicts, crashes, or compatibility issues.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

This disclaimer and any use of Purem are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement related to the use of Purem, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution whenever possible. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be finally settled through arbitration in Warsaw, Poland, in accordance with the rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (Krajowa Izba Gospodarcza, KIG). The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in [English/Polish] by an independent arbitrator appointed in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

Purem and its affiliated entities strive to provide reliable and high-quality services; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purem shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
